A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within an organization. This role focuses on attracting, identifying, and hiring the best talent for open positions, ensuring that the organization builds a strong workforce that aligns with its needs and goals.
Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, ideally 2-5 years.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and interviewing methods.
- Experience in building talent pipelines and managing relationships with candidates.
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using social media, job boards, and networking platforms for sourcing.
- Knowledge of labor laws and ethical recruiting practices.
