We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in assigned areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, offices, and common areas to high standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities as needed.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum assigned areas.
- Ensure proper sanitization of bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas.
- Handle laundry services, including washing, ironing, and folding as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
- Assist in setting up rooms for meetings or events if required.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or employees.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role (UAE experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift items as required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
