We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Real Estate Market Analyst to evaluate rental values across diverse property types and markets. This role is critical in providing accurate rental pricing strategies, identifying market trends, and delivering actionable insights to optimize property performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze current and emerging trends in the rental market, including competitor pricing and regional demand.
  • Evaluate properties' rental value based on location, property size, amenities, market conditions, and historical data.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports that forecast rent trends and property performance.
  • Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and stakeholders to recommend optimal rental pricing strategies.
  • Monitor economic and demographic factors influencing real estate markets to provide well-informed rental evaluations.
  • Utilize property valuation models and statistical tools to analyze large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
  • Present findings, trends, and recommendations to management and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about local, regional, and national rental market regulations, changes, and trends.

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate analysis, market research, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or statistical software.
  • Experience with real estate databases, market intelligence platforms, and property management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering reports and presentations.
  • Knowledge of local and national real estate markets and trends.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
