Master-Works is searching for an energetic and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of technology roles, a passion for recruiting, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality technical candidates across various platforms.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for technical roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing timely feedback and updates.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate tracking, and offer negotiation.
- Participate in job fairs and industry events to promote Master-Works as an employer of choice.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
