Master-Works is searching for an energetic and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of technology roles, a passion for recruiting, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality technical candidates across various platforms.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for technical roles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing timely feedback and updates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate tracking, and offer negotiation.
  • Participate in job fairs and industry events to promote Master-Works as an employer of choice.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
