Infrasturcture Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Handles internal IT support requests.
• Administrates and installs business applications, operating systems and devices.
• Participates in the procurement process of assets and accessories.
• Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and backs up network devices and internet services.
• Participates in advanced data centre monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution activities and configuration management.
• Monitors and resolves servers and storage issues.
• Aligns proposed and implemented designs with security and strategic objectives.
• Documents troubleshooting and resolution procedures
