Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Rail District Lead Senior Manager to join our City Transport team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading coordination and interface initiatives within the Qiddiya project, which aims to create the world's premier entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise in the planning of Rail projects, design development, and project management will be crucial in driving sustainable and effective transportation solutions.
As the Rail District Lead Senior Manager, you will oversee the development of the Primary Urban Axis Project, Qiddiya’s fully autonomous rail system providing connectivity across Qiddiya. Your work will involve collaborating with various consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams, to drive forward a successful solution.
**Responsibilities**:
· Identify, document and track interfaces between rail infrastructure systems and various districts’ masterplans elements
· Develop and maintain interface management plans
· Coordinate interface design reviews and approvals
· Collaborate with all discipline leads
· Communicate design and construction interface requirements to internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and clients
· Coordinate stakeholder meetings and workshops
· Analyse and resolve technical interface issues
· Collaborate with technical experts to resolve complex issues
· Maintain accurate records of design interfaces, changes and approvals
· Identify and manage potential interface-related risks
· Develop and manage interface-related schedule and Identify potential schedule or budget risks
متطلبات الوظيفة
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· 15+ years of experience in design management, civil engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on metro, rail or large-scale infrastructure projects.
· Demonstrated experience in design of major rail projects.
· Strong understanding of rail transit, and design management.
· Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think strategically.
