iSchool is looking for a Senior Media Buyer (TikTok & Snapchat) to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts on these platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and scaling ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads and enrollments for our online coding programs for K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Ad Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing TikTok & Snapchat Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Utilize advanced targeting options (demographics, interests, behaviors, lookalike audiences) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Creative Strategy & A/B Testing: Work with designers and content creators to develop highly engaging ad creatives tailored to the platform’s audience.
  • Budget Allocation & Optimization: Manage ad spend efficiently to maximize ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis: Track campaign metrics, analyze performance trends, and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Retargeting & Lookalike Audiences: Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers and nurture leads.
  • Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on the latest TikTok & Snapchat advertising trends and best practices in EdTech marketing.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, optimizations, and strategic recommendations.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Experience: 3-5 years in media buying for TikTok & Snapchat Ads, preferably in education, EdTech, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to run high-ROI campaigns and lower CPA effectively.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Creative & Analytical Skills: Ability to craft engaging ad creatives and analyze performance data.
  • Understanding of Sales Funnels: Experience in lead generation, remarketing, and audience nurturing strategies.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with designers, content teams, and sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in EdTech marketing is a plus.
  • TikTok & Snapchat Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven ad optimization tools.
