Job Description:

iSchool is looking for a Senior Telesales Specialist to engage with parents via calls and chat, guiding them through the enrollment process for our online coding programs for K-12 students. In addition to direct sales responsibilities, the Senior Telesales Specialist will manage and mentor a small team of 1-3 telesales agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Engage with parents who have shown interest in our courses, providing information and answering inquiries.
  • Live Chat & Follow-Ups: Assist parents via chat and ensure timely follow-ups to support enrollment decisions.
  • Sales Consultation: Understand parents' needs and recommend the best programs for their children.
  • Lead Conversion & Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding enrollment targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of conversations, inquiries, and conversions.
  • Objection Handling: Address concerns effectively and guide parents toward making confident enrollment decisions.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Oversee a team of 1-3 telesales agents, providing guidance, support, and training to improve performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team sales performance, set goals, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents for potential future enrollments.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Experience: 3-5 years in telesales, customer service, or educational sales, with at least 1 year of leadership or team management experience.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Arabic and English.
  • Sales & Leadership Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM and chat tools.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to handle objections with empathy and professionalism.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure, achieve personal sales targets, and help agents meet their goals.
  • Availability: Willing to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends, to match parents' schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2C telesales or EdTech sales.
  • Background in STEM education or coding programs is a plus.
  • Experience training or mentoring junior sales agents.
