iSchool is seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer (Meta) to lead and optimize our Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling paid media strategies to generate high-quality leads and enrollments for our online coding programs for K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & Execute Paid Campaigns: Launch and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads to drive traffic, lead generation, and enrollments.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Use advanced targeting techniques (custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based targeting) to reach the right audience.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.
  • Creative Strategy & A/B Testing: Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-converting ad creatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rates, ROAS) and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Retargeting & Funnel Optimization: Implement remarketing strategies to nurture leads and improve conversions.
  • Competitor & Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in Meta advertising and EdTech marketing.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for campaign improvements.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad buying, preferably in education, EdTech, or lead generation marketing.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing high-budget campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and improve ad performance.
  • Creativity & Copywriting Knowledge: Experience with ad creatives, storytelling, and engaging ad copy.
  • Sales Funnel Knowledge: Familiarity with lead generation, retargeting, and audience nurturing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the design, content, and sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in EdTech marketing or direct-to-consumer (DTC) lead generation.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven ad optimization tools.
