Develop and maintain documentation regarding middleware systems, including installation, configuration, and operational procedures.
Implement security measures to safeguard middleware environments.
Plan and execute middleware upgrades and migrations in a production environment.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for middleware-related incidents and issues.
Stay informed about new middleware technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvements in the infrastructure.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in middleware administration, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of middleware technologies such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, or equivalent.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation and task execution.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with databases and SQL is a plus.
