KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a prominent property management firm in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective strategies to maximize revenue across our portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet their individual and team targets. You will also analyze market trends, build relationships with key clients, and collaborate with other departments to align our efforts and maximize our overall impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns that drive sales.
  • Organize and conduct sales training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
