Asico is looking for a dynamic and experienced Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations and drive occupancy rates across our property portfolio. This role is essential for developing and implementing innovative leasing strategies while providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the leasing process from initial inquiries to lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for potential tenants.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract new tenants and retain high-quality residents.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting their features and benefits to prospective tenants.
- Maintain relationships with current tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction to encourage lease renewals.
- Prepare lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and compile reports on occupancy rates, rental pricing, and competitive property offerings.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility and implement effective advertising strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of leasing agents, providing training and support to enhance their performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving occupancy goals.
- Strong understanding of leasing regulations and fair housing laws.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
