Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as the Manager - Non SAP Applications. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, optimization, and support of non-SAP applications that are critical to our business operations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that these applications function efficiently and effectively, aligning with our organizational objectives.
Your role will be pivotal in facilitating seamless integration between various applications and ensuring that they meet the needs of our users and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of non-SAP applications, overseeing their performance, support, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to optimize the use of existing non-SAP applications and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that applications are supported effectively and updated as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations, workflows, and user guides.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Facilitate training and support for end-users to promote effective use of applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to non-SAP applications to recommend enhancements.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in application management, with a focus on non-SAP systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how non-SAP applications can enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience with application integration and data management across diverse platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies is an advantage.
