As a key player in the transformation of Saudi Arabia's entertainment and leisure landscape, Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Development Manager specializing in Residential projects. In this role, you will lead the development of residential initiatives that align with our ambitious vision, supporting our commitment to creating vibrant and sustainable communities.
As the Development Manager/Residential, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle—from inception through to completion—ensuring that each residential development reflects our high standards of quality and innovation. Your expertise and leadership will be critical in navigating market dynamics, managing key stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional residential solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential development projects from concept through design, permitting, and construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to assess potential residential projects and make informed recommendations.
- Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams to create designs that meet community needs and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external consultants, contractors, and vendors involved in the development process.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management, showcasing milestones and addressing any challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, mentoring team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Stay current with market trends and best practices in residential development, applying these insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in residential development, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.
- Specialisation in residential projects in the Middle East
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
