Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing a vibrant and innovative entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Hospitality to lead our hospitality initiatives and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences, overseeing the management of hospitality operations, and ensuring that our offerings align with Qiddiya's strategic vision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement hospitality strategies that provide unique and memorable guest experiences in alignment with Qiddiya’s goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of various hospitality services, including hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
  • Manage and mentor the hospitality team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovative service delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the hospitality industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies that enhance guest engagement and brand awareness.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and operational costs are effectively controlled.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of hospitality initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensure high standards of service and quality across all hospitality offerings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 9-12 years of experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of leading operations in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality market trends, guest services, and operational best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and tools.
