Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual for the role of Senior Specialist - IT Change Management. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating IT change processes within the organization, ensuring that changes to systems, applications, and services are implemented smoothly and effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing disruptions and enhancing the overall efficiency of IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain IT change management policies,
  • Review, assess, and validate change requests for potential risks, conflicts, and business impact.
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board / Emergency Change Advisory Board (CAB/ECAB) meetings, ensuring thorough evaluation and approval of changes.
  • Monitor emergency and high-risk changes, ensuring rapid response while maintaining control and compliance.
  • Maintain a change schedule to minimize conflicts and service disruptions.
  • Ensure IT change control processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of change requests, approvals, and implementation details.
  • Generate and analyze change management performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support internal and external audits related to IT change management.
  • Work closely with IT teams, business units, and third-party vendors to coordinate change activities.
  • Provide clear communication on change status, risks, and impact assessments to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews (PIR) to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and address any issues.
  • Continuously optimize the change management process by incorporating feedback, best practices, and automation tools effectiveness.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT change management or IT service management.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the real estate or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments, familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
