Senior T24 Software Test Engineer - Banking- Immediate Hiring

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Test Engineer with a strong background in the banking sector, particularly in loans and middleware development. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis & Test Planning:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Identify and document testable requirements for comprehensive coverage.
• Develop detailed test plans and strategies, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

2. Test Case Development & Execution:

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases based on banking use cases.
• Prepare test data that mimics real-world banking scenarios.
• Perform tests for:
• Core banking systems (T24, IST Switch)
• Mobile banking platforms (Kony Platform)
• Loans and other financial products
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability after updates.

3. Performance & Security Testing:

• Conduct load and stress testing to evaluate system resilience under peak conditions.
• Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry security standards.

4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Assist in UAT planning and execution with business users.
• Gather feedback and ensure identified issues are resolved before deployment.

5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement:

• Ensure banking applications comply with regulatory standards.
• Continuously analyze and enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated on the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices.
