As a Saudi Senior Applications Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex application projects from conception through execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that all phases of application development are completed effectively, on time, and within budget.
Your leadership will guide teams in best practices and methodologies to enhance project outcomes, while also maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive application projects throughout their lifecycle
- Work with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment with industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance project results
- Mentor and guide project team members to support their professional development

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Saudi Nationality is required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application development projects
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and practices
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, or similar are highly desirable
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in project management software and tools
