**Responsibilities**:
· Examine and verify structural designs, calculations and reports for accuracy
· Review design drawings for accuracy and compliance
· Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations
· Provide expert advice on structural engineering matters
· Verify adherence to building codes, regulations and industry standards
· Encourage innovative structural solutions
· Offer guidance on design optimization and value engineering techniques
· Manage consultants’/designers’ structural engineers, technicians and drafters
· Review structural design from a constructability perspective and guide the designers to provide constructable solutions
متطلبات الوظيفة
· Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· 15+ years of experience in design management, civil/structural engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on metro, rail or large-scale infrastructure projects
· Demonstrated experience in major rail projects
· Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think strategically.
