The recruitment officer will be critical in attracting and hiring top talent to meet the staffing demands across venues, parks, and resorts (VPR). This role manages the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding processes, to ensure efficient and compliant temporary and permanent staff placement. The Recruiter will work closely with HR and recruitment systems to enhance reporting, data accuracy, and compliance within recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate closely with the HR Operations Manager and Recruitment Team Lead to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans for various roles across the VPR vertical.
- Implement recruitment strategies aligned with Saudization and project-specific requirements to ensure diverse, qualified candidate pools.
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, career fairs, networking events, and partnerships with local community organizations to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment management for sourcing and candidate tracking, ensuring accurate and timely updates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Candidate Screening & Assessment:
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for VPR roles.
- Coordinate skills-based assessments, ensuring candidate qualifications align with specific job requirements.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations lead, providing a smooth and efficient process for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience, offering timely feedback and addressing concerns.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labor laws and Saudization requirements, with proper documentation of candidate assessments and hiring decisions.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with data protection and reporting requirements for audit purposes.
Onboarding Support:
- Work with the HR Operations team to support new hires’ seamless integration, including document collection, training coordination, and orientation sessions.
- Ensure candidates have completed all necessary pre-employment documentation to meet compliance standards and are prepared for onboarding.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:
- Contribute to employer branding by representing the company at career events and promoting the organization as an employer of choice on online platforms.
- Support creating and refining job descriptions, recruitment materials, and interview guides to align with company standards and attract suitable talent.
Data & System Utilization:
- Utilize ATS and HRMS systems to streamline recruitment operations, reporting, and data management.
- Contribute to recruitment metrics tracking (e.g., time-to-hire, applicant sources) and assist with regular reporting to assess recruitment effectiveness and improve processes.
