We are searching for a Senior Project Manager (Del 175) to join our talented project delivery team. This role is critical in leading and overseeing high-profile projects from conception through to execution. The successful candidate will possess robust project management expertise, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive project success while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of luxury hotels / residential development projects within one of our largest precincts. Candidate should have a proven track record in project management within the hospitality and high-end residential sectors, demonstrating the ability to manage large-scale projects from conception to completion on behalf of a client. The role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field;
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the delivery of hotel and high-end residential projects;
- Experience working client-side with a focus on luxury developments;
- Strong understanding of the development and construction process, including design, procurement, and delivery phases;
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Primavera).
