Graphic Design Associate

Key responsibilities and objectives:

Design Creation

• Develop high-quality designs for marketing materials, presentations, reports, infographics, and social media content.
• Assist in creating digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and multimedia platforms.

• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

 Collaboration

• Work closely with the Graphic Design Manager and marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Support consulting teams in creating visuals for client deliverables, such as proposals, case studies, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers or media agencies, for production needs. 

Innovation and Trends

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Contribute ideas for improving the visual impact of campaigns and client deliverables.
• Experiment with new design formats and technologies to deliver innovative solutions. 

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all designs are accurate, error-free, and adhere to brand standards.

• Review feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Optimize designs for different platforms, including print, digital, and mobile formats.
