JOB PURPOSE:

Lead procurement and contracting functions to ensure the effective acquisition of goods and services, while

optimizing costs and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes
  • Oversee the drafting, review, and management of contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement issues.
  • Foster a culture of accountability while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish performance metrics and objectives for teams.
  • Optimize operational processes and document best practice for consistency.
  • Manage budgeting processes to align resources with strategic goals.
  • Oversee governance frameworks to promote accountability and transparency.
  • Implement reporting mechanisms to track performance and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations while promoting organizational transparency.

متطلبات الوظيفة

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fie

▪ Preferred 5+ years of experience in employee services
