Architectural Design - Senior Manager (City Transport) | MAS 132

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Senior Manager to join our City Transport team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design initiatives within the Qiddiya project, which aims to create the world's premier entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise in the planning of Rail projects, architectural design development, and project management will be crucial in driving sustainable and effective transportation solutions.

As the Architecture Senior Manager, you will oversee all architectural aspects of the Primary Urban Axis Project, Qiddiya’s fully autonomous rail system providing connectivity across Qiddiya. This role focuses on ensuring that station, depot, and infrastructure designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, sustainable, and integrated seamlessly into the urban landscape. Your work will involve collaborating with various consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams, to drive forward a successful solution.

**Responsibilities**:

·       Lead the architectural designs for stations, depots and supporting infrastructure for the Primary Urban Axis project.

·       Ensure architectural designs align with project objectives, safety standards, sustainability and customer experience requirements.

·       Manage design timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

·       Foster collaboration among internal teams to maintain design quality and consistency.

·       Conduct regular architecture design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements.

·       Integrate innovative technologies and sustainable practices into the design process.
