About the job Admin Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and assisting with various tasks to help the company run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with the organization of company events and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- 0- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the energy industry is a plus.
