• Executes total changeovers.
• Executes Batch Record and logbook documentation with detail and accuracy.
• Executes the procedures used to clean pharmaceutical production equipment and facilities.
• Operates pharmaceutical production machinery and executes procedures for manufacturing such as High sheer mixer, fluid bed drier, wet mill and dry mill, Blender, over Head Stirrer, sieve, and Balance.
• Executes procedures to complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Works in collaboration with others as part of a team.
• Adheres to all cGMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
• Assists in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives.
• Assist in Dispensing of Raw materials in CBW.
• Checking the presence of all Raw materials before preparation and rechecking its weight.
• Weighing the batch after the end of preparation to ensure that yield in acceptable limit.
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or related field OR High School Diploma
