  • Drive growth and achieve sales objectives through effective sales team management.
  • Oversee goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
  • Develop and foster robust, enduring customer relationships by collaborating with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, and expenditure reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Recognize emerging markets and industry changes while staying well-informed about new products and competitive landscape.
  • Coach, guide, and assess the team to reach sales targets.
  • Utilize Nawy dashboards and internal systems for performance analysis and tracking of the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
