Salla is looking for a passionate and dedicated Organizational Development (OD) Director to enhance our organizational capabilities. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture and improving our workforce's performance.

You will lead initiatives that boost employee engagement, foster leadership development, and align our talent strategy with Salla's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive organizational development strategies to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Continuous analysis of organizational structure and performance
  • Conduct assessments and analysis to identify areas for growth and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee Succession planning initiatives

  • Monitor trends and incorporate best practices in OD to continuously improve our programs.
  • design and deliver leadership development programs in alignment with company leadership principles.

  • 7+ years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing OD programs that drive organizational performance.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Experience with change management processes.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Capable of working collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
