- Conducting and implementing field experiments on various agricultural operations, collecting the results using a scientific and logical methodology, following up and analyzing all the results of the experiments.
- Conduct research to identify, develop, and evaluate new agronomic practices, crop varieties, and technologies.
- Design and execute field trials to assess the performance of new products and techniques under varying environmental conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including plant breeders, biotechnologists, and engineers, to integrate agronomic insights into product development.
- Analyze data from field trials and research experiments to draw conclusions and make recommendations for further improvements.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and scientific advancements in agronomy and related fields.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at conferences and industry events.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders as needed.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property through patent applications and other forms of technology transfer.
