Database Maintenance Engineer

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, with no less than 3 years of expertise in database management.
• Proficient in Virtualization/Cloud-based infrastructures, and well-versed in Linux operating systems and environments.
• Possession of Huawei Cloud Certification (HCIP or higher) or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or higher) preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English, exceptional customer-facing abilities, a strong sense of accountability, and a commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction in everyday services to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine operations and maintenance for databases, including performance tuning, upgrades, monitoring, configuration, migration, backups, restoration, installation, and deployment.

• Resolve issues and troubleshoot faults that arise within the database and its operational environment.
