Manager - Interior Design (ENT442)

Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering a new era of hospitality and entertainment. We are on the lookout for an experienced Manager - Interior Design specializing in Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), and Food & Beverage (F&B) spaces in hotels. This role will be integral in transforming our vision into reality, focusing on creating spaces that enhance guest experience while maximizing functionality for staff operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design process for hotel projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s brand identity and guest experience objectives.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other design professionals to develop cohesive design solutions.
• Create and oversee design concepts for FOH, BOH, and F&B areas, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and operationally efficient.
• Manage design schedules and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within financial targets.
• Review design proposals and provide constructive feedback to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications throughout the construction process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies in interior design to foster innovation.
• Foster strong relationships with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards.
