Qiddiya Investment Company is revolutionizing the leisure and entertainment sector in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager - Development to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of hotel projects within the Qiddiya destination, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and guest experience.
Your focus will include managing all aspects of hotel development from concept to completion, working closely with architects, designers, and contractors to deliver exceptional hospitality solutions that align with Qiddiya's vision. You will be instrumental in building partnerships, conducting market analyses, and implementing innovative strategies to ensure the success of our hotel projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of hotel development projects
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to inform project decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project timelines, budgets, and protocols
- Oversee the selection and management of consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout the development process
- Track project progress, report on milestones, and address challenges proactively
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government authorities, and community partners
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in hospitality development

- Bachelor's degree in, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in hotel development or management, with a focus on project oversight
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market dynamics
- Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial models and market viability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
