Manager - Design (ENT449)

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of luxury real estate and experiential design. We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager. This position will play a critical role in designing a world-class hotel that embodies luxury, innovation, and elegance, making it a landmark destination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality design and a deep understanding of luxury market expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for the Hotel project, ensuring that the vision aligns with the overarching goals of Qiddiya Investment Company
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and contractors, to create exceptional design solutions
• Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders for approval
• Maintain a strong focus on the guest experience, ensuring that all design elements contribute to an unforgettable stay
• Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes that reflect the luxury status of the hotel
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainable practices in all design aspects
• Coordinate with various departments to integrate operational functionality into the design
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring design milestones are met and resources are utilized efficiently
• Mentor and guide junior design team members, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration
