AlWatania Information Systems is looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive pre-sales support for our technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the value of our products, and develop tailored solutions that address specific client needs. Your interpersonal skills and technical expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring potential clients understand the benefits of our offerings, ultimately supporting the sales process.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and gather requirements for technology solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals and quotations that align with client expectations.
  • Provide technical expertise and answer detailed questions regarding our products, services, and competencies.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements relevant to our solutions.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving quarterly sales targets by providing technical support and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and sales training materials.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical support role within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software applications, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
