SiFi is a rapidly growing B2B Fin-Tech company transforming expense management for businesses in Saudi Arabia. As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, we empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and strategic prospects.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies and plans.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead complex sales cycles and negotiate enterprise-level deals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer success) to align resources and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue for assigned accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and generate reports as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise-level sales cycles and complex deal structures.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and account management best practices.
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities.
