Minimum of two years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a total of five years of professional experience.
Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Proficient in mindset behaviors, coaching and facilitation, project and program management, emotional intelligence, empathy, leadership, influence, technical skills, tools and software, business acumen, product design and analysis, and team-building skills.
Articulate and able to steer meetings with presence.
A strong team player capable of identifying and removing impediments or conflicts that hinder the team’s ability to achieve business goals.
A self-starter and self-motivated individual with a drive to identify opportunities for improvement in agility’s way of working.
