As a Business Development Team lead, you will be responsible to coach the sales team on how to seek new business opportunities , developing leads and meeting sales quotas. You will be responsible to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

In this role, you will:

Growth of people:

  • Hire and onboard new team members
  • Design &  Conduct training & coaching programs for BD team  to maximise their potential.
  • Provide  on-the-ground support
  • Regularly updating reporting dashboard to track all sales activities

Growth of Business:

  • Becoming the expert on the Egyptian Real Estate market through combining the on-ground insights with dubizzle high level overview and data
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Collecting market insights and keeping up to date with laws and local development news.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives 

Growth of Sales

  • Update reports (weekly/monthly..etc) with all sales activities, production and pipelines. 
  • Manage and distribute team targets in terms of revenues, sales activities and account management for his/ her team.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. 
  • Liaising with Finance, Customer Support, legal and Marketing department for any sales-related or 
  • Developing database of leads for sales team through referrals, telephone, face to face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking
  • Monitor feedback and after-sales reports received for his/her team & setting action plans based on received feedback 
  • Supervise/ plan for building a  long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Monitor  business meetings rates  with prospective clients
  • Design and align  sales contracts for teams clients ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • + 6 Years of working experience as a Business Development Lead in Real Estate, Online Marketplaces or other industries related to the digital transformation taking place.
  • Lead/ managerial experience of minimum 2 years
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Highly computer literate, adept at Excel, PowerPoint and highly online savvy
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Car and Driving license as this role requires you to attend many out-of-office meetings\
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Car and Driving license as this role require you to attend many out-of-office meeting
  • 8+ years of technical sales experience , 2 of which as a sales  team lead  in the Real Estate, Online Marketplaces or other industries related to the digital transformation taking place.
  • Familiarity with the dubizzle website
  • Highly computer literate, adept at MS Office and a highly online savvy
  • Strong skills in English, analysis, communication, and information technology, and you'll need prior experience in business management, marketing, or sales
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
