Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
  
  
  

Develop project plans, define scope, and set objectives.

Oversee project execution from initiation to completion.

• Site Operations Management:
  
  
  

Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with teams to meet project timelines.

• Team Leadership:
  
  
  

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven

Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Risk and Compliance Management:
  
  
  

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

• Stakeholder Communication:
  
  
  

Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Provide regular project updates and reports.

Job Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the steel industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification is a plus.

• Working hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
• Days off: Fridays & Saturdays
