Swiss Hospitality Company is a leading management consultancy with a strong focus on creating exceptional workforce solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and managing HR-related systems. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and experience working with key Saudi HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Support the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
    • Facilitate employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
  2. HR Operations:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
    • Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  3. Compliance and Legal Requirements:
    • Ensure all HR activities comply with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of local labor requirements, including GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and other relevant platforms.
  4. HR Systems and Platforms:
    • Utilize and manage platforms such as GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and Tawteen to handle employee records, contracts, and compliance matters.
    • Monitor employee data in ZenHR or similar HR management systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  5. Payroll Support:
    • Assist in preparing payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely processing.
    • Address payroll-related queries in collaboration with the finance department.
  6. Employee Engagement:
    • Participate in organizing employee events and engagement activities.
    • Support HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
