About The Role:
As a Commercial Development Sr. Executive, you will be pivotal in driving growth, expanding our client base, and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the business development team, overseeing business growth and acting as a key player in presales activities.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop industry penetration strategies and identify growth opportunities through innovative techniques.
  • Create comprehensive business development reports to optimize outreach and conversion rates.
  • Craft tailored proposals and documentation, enhancing effectiveness and win rates.
  • Support relationship management efforts to foster long-term client engagement.
  • Assist in closing business partnerships and achieving KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale operations and market presence.
  • Provide regular commercial reports, measuring performance and optimizing strategies.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic; French language is a plus.


Education & Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience focusing on pre-sales and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development and commercial strategies.
  • Familiarity with specific industry sectors is essential.
  • Experience managing key accounts.
  • Proficiency in market research techniques and analysis.
  • Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking.
