Your role

• Ensure timely report delivery.
• Collaborate and support with Finance on bank forms creation for importing process, create required POs.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports (indirect tax/state reports).
• Maintain travel procedures and handle employee travel.
• Handle and support department calendar and schedule meetings.
• To support travelers’ affairs (Residence permit, Obtain Visas, Hotel booking, transport and travel request)
• Assist in the travel task such as hotel bookings, visa requirements and flights booking for all individuals.
• Coordinate events, visits, and workshops and ensure service quality.
• Performs other related duties as requested by the company/manager.

To succeed, you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, or a relevant field.
• 1 - 2 years related working experience.
• Commitment, proactive working in multi culture.
• Good in both written and spoken English, second language is preferred.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft skills,
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
