Summary of Job:
Facilitates cross-functional teams in developing medium-to-complex business, customer, and/or employee solutions using Agile ways of working that integrate both business and technical needs.
Acts as a servant leader, ensuring the team is high-performing by facilitating Agile events and removing impediments.
Supports the all-team members in communication, problem-solving, and delivering excellent solutions.
Serves as a coach for team members and an innovator who continuously seeks ways to develop themselves and the team.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate an end-to-end Agile culture within the delivery process.
- Lead and execute Agile ways of working, taking full accountability for bringing agility to team delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps Engineers, Software Developers, Quality Engineers, and Stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries that adhere to Agility practices and principles.
- Ensure the squad delivers effectively while embodying Customer Centricity, Agility, Pride, Innovation, and Stewardship as promised to our customers.
Background & Skills:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a total of five years of professional experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in mindset behaviors, coaching and facilitation, project and program management, emotional intelligence, empathy, leadership, influence, technical skills, tools and software, business acumen, product design and analysis, and team-building skills.
- Articulate and able to steer meetings with presence.
- A strong team player capable of identifying and removing impediments or conflicts that hinder the team’s ability to achieve business goals.
- A self-starter and self-motivated individual with a drive to identify opportunities for improvement in agility’s way of working.
