- Assist in setting up and configuring computer systems, software, and network devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in system updates, backups, and IT asset management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the administration of a network, servers, desktop systems and communication devices.
- Own and support anti-virus software on plant Process workstations, laptops, and servers.
- Responsible for Backup/Restore of critical Process workstations.
- Administer and support software patching on plant Process workstations, laptops, and servers.
- Proactively troubleshoot and solve OT network or OT systems issues.
- Proficiency in Windows and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Knowledge of any IT Ticketing solution, and handling of Incidents, and Requests.
