  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets by effectively leading the Business Development team.
  • Oversee the recruitment, objective-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of Business Development Consultants.
  • Establish and nurture robust, long-term client relationships by truly understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Report on sales, revenues, and expenses, providing realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging trends and market shifts while remaining informed about new products and competitors’ positions.
  • Mentor, develop, and oversee the team to ensure target achievement.
  • Track and analyze team performance utilizing Nawy dashboards and internal systems.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Successful previous experience in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
