BlackStone eIT, a prominent software company, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our agile development team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the agile development process, ensuring that our teams adhere to Scrum principles and practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching the development team on self-organization and cross-functionality. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential in fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and guide the development team in adopting and implementing Scrum principles and practices.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the development team adheres to Scrum values, roles, and ceremonies.
- Coach and mentor team members on self-organization, cross-functionality, and continual improvement.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
- Track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Promote a collaborative and agile mindset across the organization.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related agile certifications is a plus.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Experience with agile project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
