Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and ensure that we meet our ambitious sales targets effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process and developing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth targets and hit sales goals by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Oversee the objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their unique needs.
  • Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, remaining fully informed about new products and competitive landscape.
  • Coach, develop, and monitor team performance to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze and track team performance using Nawy dashboards and internal systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in previous roles as a sales manager or sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrable skill in communicating, presenting, and influencing effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and industry insight.
  • Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management capabilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and 3 years’ experience in real estate sales is required.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.

  • The ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  • A strong understanding of the full sales cycle and the tools necessary for success.
