AlGooru is a Saudi-based learning platform that offers 1-on-1 private tutoring services in a variety of academic and recreational subjects. It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). AlGooru provides tailored educational support to students, and it's backed by several renowned investors including Constructor Capital, Techstars, Plug & Play, Raz Group, RZM Investment, and prestigious institutions like KAUST, Hub71, and MiSK.
A Fun Fact about AlGooru is that its name derives from “Guru,” a Sanskrit word meaning a mentor, guide, expert, or master.
The Role Highlights
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of content marketing strategies to drive engagement and achieve business goals.
- Oversee and ensure the production of high-quality, diverse content across multiple formats and channels.
- Conduct regular content reviews, providing strategic feedback to enhance quality and effectiveness.
A Day In Your Life:
- Develop high-quality content across our social media platforms.
- Ensure that content publications align with and comply with marketing strategies.
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Ensure a diverse web presence by sharing content through multiple channels.
- Collaborate with both the Design and Growth departments to produce high-quality content.
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term and long-term goals.
- Analyze and measure social media metrics and their effects on web traffic metrics.
- Write social media content with a focus on video scripts.
- Produce video ad scripts for our acquisition efforts.
- Create text- or video-based product guides.
- Conduct regular content reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance quality and effectiveness.

You’re the Senior Content Marketer we’re looking for if you have:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Content Marketer
- Proven experience in ad creation across multiple platforms, including, but not limited to, social media, search, and display advertising
- Hands-on experience with content creation (social media, videos)
- Experience in writing, editing, proofreading, improving, and delivering engaging content
- Exceptional writing skills in both Arabic and English, with proficiency in the Saudi accent
- Strong experience in translation to ensure accurate and engaging content across languages
- Familiarity with digital and social media platforms
- Proficiency in Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Attention to detail and an eye for creative composition and layout
- Self-driven and proactive
