We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by delivering innovative technology solutions tailored to client needs. Your expertise in the local market, along with your ability to collaborate with diverse teams, will be key to your success.                                                                             

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through business prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of client needs and deliver tailored technology solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, turning opportunities into key accounts management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams i.e., marketing, sales, presales, delivery to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of client solutions.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Apply market sizing techniques (TAM, SAM, SOM) to prioritize opportunities with growth potential.
  • Demonstrate good understanidng of financial estimates, pricing models, and revenue forecasts, with a focus on ROI and profitability.
  • Help develop GTM strategies, including market analysis, segmentation, pricing, and sales enablement, to ensure successful product or service launches
  • Craft and delivering impactful sales pitches and elevator statements tailored to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
  • Help build strategic partnerships for co-marketing, lead generation, and enhancing the company’s competitive positioning
  • Understand distribution channels, fostering strong relationships with partners to maximize market penetration and revenue.
  • Segment markets by geography, industry, or customer needs to identify and target high-value opportunities effectively.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 4-5 years of B2B sales experience in the Middle East, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven B2B sales experience in technology products or services.
  • Proven expertise in solution selling and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Strong knowledge of the KSA market, including key factors for market entry, competition, and client needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Experience in account management, developing client strategies, and delivering on sales KPIs.
  • Familiarity with technology trends (e.g., Cybersecurity, GRC, IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Products).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align offerings with market needs.
  • A track record of participating in and deriving value from industry events.
  • Resilience and adaptability in difficult situations and conflicting priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
