Worood, an international Hijab brand is hiring Content Team Leader

Position Summary:

Worood is seeking a skilled and organized Content Team Leader to oversee and manage the content team, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with the brands guidelines and meet deadlines. This role involves driving the teams productivity, overseeing the creation of high-quality content, and collaborating closely with the Marketing Department Lead to support the brands goals. The Content Team Leader will be responsible for finalizing monthly content plans, monitoring daily tasks, and reporting progress to the marketing lead.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead and manage the content team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure an even distribution of workload across the team.

Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to align the team with content objectives and priorities.

2. Content Planning & Execution:

Oversee the creation and finalization of monthly content plans, ensuring they adhere to the brand book and guidelines.

Collaborate with the marketing lead to translate campaign objectives into effective content strategies.

Review and approve all content before submission, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.

3. Quality Control & Brand Alignment:

Ensure that all content meets Woroods standards for creativity, quality, and alignment with brand identity.

Maintain strict adherence to brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines in all deliverables.

4. Deadline Management & Reporting:

Monitor the daily tasks of the content team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Prepare detailed reports on task progress, content updates, and team performance for the Marketing Department Lead.

5. Performance Evaluation & Development:

Provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and professional growth.

Encourage skill development through training opportunities and collaborative learning.

6. Collaboration:

Liaise with external stakeholders or vendors when necessary to enhance content production.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in content creation or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of content marketing, brand management, and social media strategies.

Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Exceptional organizational, communication

Fluency in English
