Basically, responsible for all porter services.

Responsibilities

Store the received items from suppliers in earmarked areas.

• To submit the invoice to purchasing department, after acknowledgement from end user
• Retrieve (picking) of items for issuance against requests.
• Pack the picked items in boxes / bags.
• Name the packed boxes / bags for designated areas.
• List items to be reordered.
• Deliver items along with issue notes to the requesting location.
• Obtain acknowledgement of items delivered on the issue notes.
• File receipted issue notes.
• Collect / deliver documents from / to hospital.
• Run errands. Cleanliness and upkeep of Pharmacy.
• Outdoor jobs as may be required from time to time.
• Stock taking of items within the Stores and locations across the hospital.
• File Stores related documents as required.
